Park Road Shopping Center:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday - Friday: 11am - 6pm
Saturday: 11am - 7pm
Sunday: 11am - 4pm
Do I get to keep the cutting boards?
Yes! All of our orders are served on our custom monogrammed cutting boards. They are yours to keep, or you can return them to us for 10% off a single board or a single box. You can return boards over time to receive individual 10% off your board/box if you have multiple boards to return. Return them to our Park Road store, and we can take your order and issue 10% off your board or box order.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in Charlotte, but will go farther for special events. Email us if you’d like to book us for a special event outside of Charlotte.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can select pick up instead of delivery upon check out. You can also visit during our operating hours and have a board made any time at our brick & mortar location.
How do I order a grazing table?
Fill out the contact form on our Events page — we will call you to finalize the details and confirm we can accommodate the date and time you need.
Do you do large events or weddings?
Yes! One board feeds 10-15 people, but we can build from there and feed hundreds. Fill out the contact form on our Events page — we will call you to finalize the details and confirm we can accommodate the date and time you need.
How many people does each board feed?
One medium board is a snack for 4-6 people. One full size board is a meal for 5-8 people or a snack for 10-15 people. Please feel free to email or call us with any questions.
What if I need to cancel an order on the website?
If you ordered more than one board, we will be happy to issue a credit up until 6 months after the date of the event if you have to reschedule so long as you have given us more than 72 notice. Refunds or credits cannot be provided if we do not receive notice more than 72 hours before scheduled delivery. We will have already purchased the food and we will be unable to recoup those costs. Refunds cannot be provided at this time, as we have to order food in advance of the event. Credits issued for large orders that were cancelled are not redeemable for the following holiday weeks (Thanksgiving week and December 15-24th). If you have an event that has been scheduled, the credit and refund policy is listed on your invoice. This policy applies to website orders only.
Can you customize a board for me?
Absolutely. Contact us here and include your special requests — we will call you to finalize the details and confirm we can accommodate the date and time you need. We also have a Build Your Own Box option!
Do Gift Cards expire?
We issue gift cards up to the term of a year. As a small business, we feel a year is a fair and reasonable term to redeem a gift card.
